Paediatric Seravit is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. Paediatric Seravit is a vitamin, mineral and trace element mixture on a carbohydrate base containing only trace amounts of sodium, potassium and chloride.

Must be used under medical supervision. Not for parenteral use. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Suitable for infants and children.
The recommended dosage and timing of intake is dependent on the age, bodyweight and medical condition of the patient, and should be determined by a dietitian or clinician only.

If the product is to be taken as the main source of vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the diet, the suggested intake is provided below. The suggested intake may need reducing if vitamins, minerals and trace elements are taken in the diet from other sources. As the product is a supplement to the diet, it is important to ensure that adequate intakes of all nutrients are provided.
Suggested intake:
0 - 6months = 10g/day
6 - 12 months = 15g/day
1 - 3 years - 15g/day
4 - 10 years = 25g/day
11 - 18 years = 35 - 50 g/day
For young infants, add the required amount of this product to the formula feed.
The daily intake of the product should be divided and distributed throughout the day.
For children, the product can be taken as a drink or a paste. If taken as a paste, water or diluted drinks should be offered at the same time.
Shake or stir immediately before use.
Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place.
Opened: Use within 4 weeks. Always replace container lid after use.
