- In a bowl, combine the Loprofin Mix, Loprofin Egg Replacer, baking powder, mixed spice, dried fruit, lemon juice, orange juice and the zest of the lemon.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Mix in the butter and Loprofin Sno-Pro and stir well until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a standard loaf tin or divide it between 12 muffin cups.
Baking time:
- Muffins: 20-25 minutes at 170°C
- Bread: 40-45 minutes at 170°C
- Let cool in the tin for 15 minutes and then place it on a wire rack to cool completely.

- Add dried fruit to taste, such as pineapple, apple, or mango.
- Serve with low protein cream cheese for extra flavour.
- Delicious toasted for breakfast or as a French toast.
