- In a bowl, combine the Loprofin Mix*, Loprofin Eggreplacer*, baking powder, mixed herbs, dried fruit, lemon juice and the zest of the orange and lemon.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Mix in the butter and Loprofin drink LQ* and stir well until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a standard loaf pan or divide it between 12 muffin cups.
Baking time:
- Muffins: 20-25 minutes at 170°C
- Bread: 40-45 minutes at 170°C
- Let cool in the tin for 15 minutes and then place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
