Ingredients
- 2 scoops (67 g) PhenylAde GMP Drink Mix
- 8 fl oz water
- ½ cup (76 g) strawberries
- ¼ cup (37 g) blueberries
- ¼ (30 g) medium banana
- 4-5 ice cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
