Celery

Ingredients

Vegetable puree (e.g., broccoli, carrot, or cauliflower) 

80 g

 

Low-protein breadcrumbs 

2 tbsp

 

Extra virgin olive oil, broth, or water 

1 tsp 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the low-protein breadcrumbs with the vegetable puree until firm. 
  3. Form small balls with your hands and place them on a greased baking sheet. 
  4. Bake the balls in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
