- Fill a large pot ¾ full with water and bring to boil. Add 1 tsp oil and Loprofin Rice.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate pan, sauté onions in oil until soft.
- Add garlic, garlic purée, chilli, tomato purée, carrot, and half the coriander.
- Add vegetables and spices, stir for a few minutes.
- Pour in chopped tomatoes and water.
- Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens.
- Finish with fresh coriander and serve with Loprofin Rice.
