Phlexy-Vits Sachets

Phlexy-Vits Sachets contain a concentrated, powdered vitamin, mineral and trace element preparation with trace amounts of sodium, potassium and chloride. The product forms part of the Phlexy-10 system. Phlexy-Vits may be used as the vitamin, mineral and trace element component of restricted therapeutic diets and has been designed to meet the micronutrient requirements of older children (from approximately 11 years old) and adults.

Phlexy-Vits is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of phenylketonuria (PKU) and similar amino acids disorders requiring vitamin, mineral and trace element supplementation, and must be used under medical supervision. It is a concentrated, powdered vitamine, mineral and trace element preparation with trace amounts of sodium, potassium and choride. It is suitable for children (from approximately 11 years) and adults.
Pack size: 7g sachet

Must only be used under medical supervision.
Not intended for use as the sole source of nutrition.
For enteral use only.

One (7g) sachet per day for children over 11 years of age and adults.
For children between 8 and 11 years use a smaller amount to meet their requirements.

Can be taken as a drink or a paste.
As a drink: Add a small amount of water and mix to a smooth paste. Add the remaining water to give a final volume of 100ml.
As a paste: Mix one sachet to a smooth paste with 20ml water or juice.

Once reconstituted, consume immediately.

The suggested intake may be reduced if vitamins, minerals and trace elements are provided in the diet trom other sources.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, a sachet should be stored in an airtight container and used within 2-3 days.
