- Add the warm water, Loprofin Sno-Pro, dried yeast, sugar and psyllium husk into a bowl. Stir well and allow to stand for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add the olive oil, salt, Loprofin Mix and mix to form a dough. Knead the dough well for 3 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Roll out the dough thinly into the shape of a pizza.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and top with sundried herbs, garlic, mushrooms, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes.
- Drizzle with a little more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the base is golden brown.
- Serve with fresh rocket leaves, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and some crème fraîche.
