- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Put the Loprofin Mix, Loprofin Egg replacer, butter and white fat in a bowl.
- Using your fingertips, rub the fats into the Loprofin Mix until it resembles breadcrumbs (or use a food processor).
- Add 1 tablespoon of ice water at a time until the dough is soft (like clay).
- Wrap the dough in foil and leave to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper.
- Cut rounds out of the dough with a cookie cutter or glass (slightly bigger than the size of your mold or tin).
- Place the circles in the molds or tart tin and press them down.
- Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
- Put 1 teaspoon of jam into each case (don't overfill or the jam will boil over).
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Leave to cool in the tin.

- Decorate with fruit, buttercream or vegan whipped cream
- You can freeze these jam tarts and enjoy them later
- Fill them with lemon curd, marmalade or other jams
- Perfect for packed lunches or parties
