For the sponge cake 

 

Loprofin Mix*

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
  2. For the sponge cake, use a hand mixer to beat the room temperature butter and sugar until fluffy. 
  3. Mix Loprofin Egg Replacer* with lukewarm in a small bowl until smooth, add to the fluffy mixture and continue beating. 
  4. Add Loprofin Mix* and baking powder to the mixture and mix with some water to form a smooth dough. 
  5. Grease the round baking tin (26 cm) with some butter, add the dough and bake for 15 minutes. 
  6. Meanwhile, mash the strawberries with crème fraîche and sugar. 
  7. Prepare the instant coffee and let it cool. 
  8. Use a glass (7 cm) to make circles out of the cooled dough.   
  9. Layer the tiramisu in a glass bowl. Place one of the circles at the bottom of a glass. Drizzle with coffee and put some strawberry cream on top. Repeat this three times so that you end up with strawberry cream. 
  10. Finish the tiramisu with some brown sugar. 
 

Chef's tip:

Finish with a handful of fresh strawberries and a few leaves of fresh mint.
