Ingredients

Loprofin Fusilli* 

200 g

 

Olive oil

1 tbsp 

 

Chopped onion

Peeled and chopped carrot 

 1

 

Chopped celery stalk

Low-protein vegetable broth 

175 ml

 

Tomato paste 

3 tbsp

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, carrot and celery. 
  2. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. 
  3. Pour the vegetable broth into the pan and let most of the moisture evaporate. 
  4. Add the tomato paste and mix well. 
  5. Cook the Loprofin Fusilli* according to the instructions and season with salt and pepper. 
  6. Add the Loprofin Fusilli* to the sauce.
