Phlexy-Vits powder is a concentrated, powdered vitamin, mineral and trackselement preparation with trace amounts of sodium, potassium and chloride.
Must be used under medical supervision. Not intended for use as the sole source of nutrition. For enteral use only.
One (7g) sachet per day for children over 11 years of age and adults.
For children between 8 and 11 years use a smaller amount to meet their requirements.
Can be taken as a drink or a paste.
As a drink: Add a small amount of water and mix to a smooth paste. Add the remaining water to give a final volume of 100ml.
As a paste: Mix one sachet to a smooth paste with 20ml water or juice.
Once reconstituted, consume immediately.
The suggested intake may be reduced if vitamins, minerals and trace elements are provided in the diet trom other sources.
Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place.
Opened: Sachets should be kept in an airtight container and used within 2-3 days.
For the dietary management of phenylketonuria and similar amino acid disorders requiring vitamin, mineral and trace element supplementation.
