- Peel the onion, cut it into fine cubes and finely chop the garlic clove.
- Weigh or measure all ingredients and lay them out.
- Cut the dried apricots into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions with the garlic until translucent.
- Sprinkle the curry over the onions and fry briefly, then add the Loprofin Rice* and fry until translucent.
- Dissolve the chicken broth in water and use it to deglaze the rice. Cover the pot and let the rice cook until all the stock has evaporated.
- Stir in the raisins and finely chopped apricots and season with the herbs. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and serve.
