- Mix Loprofin drink LQ*, butter, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir until the cornstarch has dissolved.
- Add apple flavoring and optional red food coloring.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring, until it thickens.
- Pour into a bowl and let cool.
- Beat the mixture with an electric mixer for 30-40 seconds.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix Loprofin Mix* with sugar, add margarine and knead into a dough.
- Sprinkle the work surface with Loprofin Mix* and roll out the dough to 1 cm thickness.
- Place the dough on baking paper and poke holes in it.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool.
- Cut to fit your shape.
- Beat the cold cream for 2 minutes.
- Fill the molds 1/4 full with cream, and add jam.
- Fill with cream, smooth and place the cookie on top.
- Let it cool for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
- Decorate with raspberry and sugar pearls.
- Serve with diluted jam as a sauce.
