- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- For the sponge cake, use a hand mixer to beat the room temperature butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix Loprofin Egg Replacer* with lukewarm in a small bowl until smooth, add to the fluffy mixture and continue beating.
- Add Loprofin Mix* and baking powder to the mixture and mix with some water to form a smooth dough.
- Grease the round baking tin (26 cm) with some butter, add the dough and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mash the strawberries with crème fraîche and sugar.
- Prepare the instant coffee and let it cool.
- Use a glass (7 cm) to make circles out of the cooled dough.
- Layer the tiramisu in a glass bowl. Place one of the circles at the bottom of a glass. Drizzle with coffee and put some strawberry cream on top. Repeat this three times so that you end up with strawberry cream.
- Finish the tiramisu with some brown sugar.
Chef's tip:
Finish with a handful of fresh strawberries and a few leaves of fresh mint.
