Ingredients

Loprofin drink LQ* 

200 ml

 

Sugar 

60 g

 

Cornstarch 

15 g

 

Lemon juice 

50 ml

 

Lemon zest 

 

Whipped cream (30% fat) 

40 ml

Method

  1. Zest the lemon.  
  2. Squeeze the lemon and set the juice aside 
  3. Mix the corn starch and sugar with a little Loprofin drink LQ* 
  4. Cook the rest of the Loprofin drink LQ* 
  5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil 
  6. Add the lemon juice and zest. Place in the fridge 
  7. Whip the cream and mix into the lemon mixture 
  8. Divide over 2 bowls. Cold to serve 
 

Chef's tip:

Heat the lemon in the microwave for 10-30 seconds for more juice
