Ingredients

Loprofin Mix*
400 g

Pumpkin puree
350 g

Sugar
220 g

Sunflower oil
120 g

Light brown caster sugar
90 g

Baking powder
7 g

Gingerbread spices
5 g

Vanilla extract
5 g

Baking soda
4 g

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Mix the Loprofin Mix* with the sugars, baking powder, baking soda and gingerbread spices.
  3. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix everything well with a spatula until a smooth batter is formed.
  5. Divide the batter into the cupcake tins and bake for 22 minutes.
