- Place the vegan cream, vanilla paste or extract, and low protein chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator and allow the mixture to set.
- When firm enough, take teaspoons of the mixture and roll it into small balls.
- Then roll the balls into the crushed Loprofin Cereal (choose any flavour you like).
- Place the truffles in mini muffin cups and keep them refrigerated until ready to serve.
