Ingredients

Loprofin Spaghetti*

300 g

 

Spring onions, in thin rings 

50 g

 

Lime

Chili

Dried coriander, saffron and allspice

(to taste) 

 

Butter

50 g

 

Crème fraîche (min. 30% fat)

50 g 

 

Cream (min. 30% fat) 

100 ml

 

Loprofin drink LQ* 

50 ml

 

Lemon balm (or lemon basil) fresh, chopped

4 g

 

Salt and lemon pepper forthe taste 

Method

  1. Wash the spring onions, cut into thin rings and weigh.
  2. Wash the lime under hot water, grate the zest and squeeze the juice.
  3. Chop the chilli pepper very finely.
  4. Wash the lemon balm (or lemon basil), chop finely and weigh.
  5. Weigh or measure the remaining ingredients and lay them out.
  6. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the spring onions, lime zest, chili pepper and spices for two minutes.
  7. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream and the Loprofin drink LQ*, add to the pan.
  8. Cook over low heat for three minutes.
  9. Add the lime juice and finely chopped lemon balm (or lemon basil) and season with salt and lemon pepper.
  10. Cook the Loprofin Spaghetti* "al dente" according to the instructions on the package.
  11. Drain the pasta with a sieve, but do not rinse.
  12. Gently mix with the sauce, let stand for a while and serve.
  13. The perfect combination of creaminess and spice!
