Ingredients

Loprofin Chocolate Cake Mix

1 packet


Melted butter

85g 


Low protein chocolate chips

50g 


Full fat low protein mayonnaise

60g 


Sno-Pro

150mls 


Vanilla

2 tsp 


De-cafe espresso powder

1 tsp

Method

  1. In a bowl mix the coffee with 1 tablespoon of boiling water.
  2. Add the Loprofin Chocolate Cake Mix, melted butter, mayonnaise, vanilla, chocolate chips, and Sno-Pro.
  3. Mix until you have a soft batter.
  4. Place mixture in a greased 9x6 baking tin and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
  5. Allow the brownie to cool in the tin.
  6. Cut into 8 even squares and serve.
  7. Store in an airtight tin or freeze for up to 3 months.
