HCU Anamix junior LQ Orange

For enteral use only. Not for parenteral use. Must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. Suitable for children 1 to 10 years of age. Only to be used by individuals with proven vitamin B6 non-responsive homocystinuria (HCU)/CBS deficiency or hypermethioninemia.

This product should not be used as a sole source of protein but must be given in conjunction with a protein source to supply the methionine, fluid and general nutrition requirements of the patient in quantities as prescribed by a clinician or dietitian.

The recommended intake should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on age, bodyweight, and medical condition of the patient. The required daily amount should be distributed throughout the day. Water or additional fluid should be offered or taken at the same time.

1 bottle = 125ml
One bottle provides 10g protein equivalent.

Shake well before use. Best served chilled.

Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place (5-25°C).
Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 6 hours.
