Loprofin Rice / Loprofin Pasta

Loprofin drink LQ / Loprofin Sno-Pro

Vegan whipped cream

200 ml

 

Garlic puree

Smoked paprika

Dried mixed herbs

Method

  1. Cook the Loprofin Rice or Loprofin Pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
  2. Cut the onion in half and then into thin slices. Heat olive oil in large frying pan over a low-medium heat. Add the sliced onions.
  3. Fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add ½ tsp salt if desired to prevent the onion from browning.
  4. Cut the aubergines into strips and add to the onion. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic puree, smoked paprika, and dried herbs. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, mix the Loprofin Mix with the Loprofin drink LQ / Loprofin Sno-Pro until smooth. Then add the vegan cream.
  7. Pour the cream mixture into the aubergines and stir. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  8. Portion the rice / pasta into your serving bowl, and top with the stroganoff.
 

Chef's tips

  • Add mushrooms or peppers for extra flavor.
  • You can freeze the stroganoff and reheat it.
