- Grate the carrot, parsnip, and courgette, and then dice the peppers, jackfruit, mushrooms and onion.
- In a large pan/frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat, then add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes before adding the herbs.
- Add the tinned chopped tomatoes, stock cube, and Loprofin Sno-Pro into the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with Loprofin Spaghetti or any of the other Loprofin Pasta options of your choice.

- Once cooked cool and freeze for up to 3 months
