- In a bowl, combine the Loprofin Mix, Loprofin Egg Repacer and baking powder.
- Add the cold butter and rub it with your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Stir in the cranberries and low protein cheese.
- Add the lemon juice and Loprofin drink LQ* and stir with a butter knife until a soft dough is formed.
- Dust the work surface with some Loprofin Mix and place the dough on top. Press it out with your hands into a circle of 18 cm in diameter.
- Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut it into 8 pieces with a sharp knife.
- Bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Let the scones cool on the baking sheet.
- You can add any dried fruit to this recipe - mixed fruit, pineapple, apple and mango work well.
- Serve with low protein cream cheese as a lunchbox snack.
- Slice and toast for breakfast.
- Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
