Ingredients

Sugar (optional)

Coconut milk 

70 g

 

Peeled, fresh ripe pineapple 

400 g

Method

  1. Remove the core of the pineapple and cut the flesh into small pieces. 
  2. Put the sliced pineapple in a blender, add the coconut milk and blend until smooth. 
  3. Taste and sweeten with additional sugar if needed. 
  4. To serve: Pour into a glass and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge, if desired. 
  5. A tropical and refreshing treat!
