- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix butter and sugar until fluffy, add Loprofin Mix to form dough.
- Spread into tin and bake for 20 minutes, then cool.
- For caramel, melt butter, sugar, syrup, boil for 5 minutes.
- Add vegan cream, boil again for 5 minutes.
- Pour caramel over shortbread and cool.
- Melt chocolate and pour over caramel, allow to set.
- Cut into 9 squares and store in airtight container.
