- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Put the Loprofin Mix*, Loprofin Egg replacer*, butter and white fat in a bowl.
- Using your fingertips, rub the fats into the baking mix until it resembles breadcrumbs (or use a food processor).
- Add 1 tablespoon of ice water at a time until the dough is soft (like clay).
- Wrap the dough in foil and leave to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper to 3 mm thickness.
- Cut rounds out of the dough with a mold or glass.
- Place the circles in the molds and press them down.
- Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
- Put 1 teaspoon of jam in each mould.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool in the tin.

- You can freeze them in a plastic box
- Fill them with lemon curd, marmalade or other jam
