- Wash the spring onions, cut into thin rings and weigh.
- Wash the lime under hot water, grate the zest and squeeze the juice.
- Chop the chilli pepper very finely.
- Wash the lemon balm (or lemon basil), chop finely and weigh.
- Weigh or measure the remaining ingredients and lay them out.
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the spring onions, lime zest, chili pepper and spices for two minutes.
- Mix the crème fraîche with the cream and the Loprofin drink LQ*, add to the pan.
- Cook over low heat for three minutes.
- Add the lime juice and finely chopped lemon balm (or lemon basil) and season with salt and lemon pepper.
- Cook the Loprofin Spaghetti* "al dente" according to the instructions on the package.
- Drain the pasta with a sieve, but do not rinse.
- Gently mix with the sauce, let stand for a while and serve.
- The perfect combination of creaminess and spice!
