- Preheat the oven (*see baking time and temperature instructions below).
- Weigh or measure all ingredients and set them out.
- Mix the Loprofin Mix* and the salt in a bowl.
- Dissolve the dried yeast in the lukewarm water and add the liquid to the bowl in one go.
- Add the tomato paste and knead the dough with dough hooks on your electric mixer for 3 minutes on the highest setting.
- Then knead in 20 ml of the oil until it is completely absorbed.
- Grease a cake tin and pour in the dough.
- Smooth it out and let it rise covered with a tea towel for 30 minutes.
- Brush the dough with the remaining 10 ml of oil and bake in the preheated oven.
Baking time and temperature
- 15 minutes at 210°C (bottom shelf)
- 30 minutes at 180°C (top rack)
