- Cut the onions into rings.
- Cut the bacon fat into small pieces.
- Set the oven to 220°C.
- Mix the Loprofin Mix* with the salt.
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, add this to the flour with the syrup.
- Knead the dough with the mixer for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Knead in the olive oil into a smooth dough.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Put the dough in the greased mold (30 cm), make an edge.
- Fry the bacon fat with the onion until translucent, let it cool, put this on the dough.
- Mix the Loprofin Mix*, the Loprofin Eggreplacer*, the water and the crème fraîche.
- Season the mixture to taste, pour it over the onions.
- Bake the pie for 20-25 minutes.
