- Cut the vegetables into pieces.
- Mix with the olive oil and roast for 20-25 minutes at 180°C until the vegetables are golden brown.
- Leave to cool, add the garlic puree and season with herbs, salt and pepper.
- Mix Loprofin Mix* with turmeric, salt and pepper. Rub in the butter and fat until crumbly. Add cold water so that the dough softens.
- Wrap in foil, refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Roll out half of the dough for the bottom (20 cm shape). Prick holes.
- Fill the bottom with the vegetables.
- Cover with the rest of the dough.
- Brush with Loprofin drink LQ*.
- Decorate with cut-out figures if necessary.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 170°C.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
