  • 2 scoops (67 g) PhenylAde GMP Drink Mix
  • 8 fl oz water
  • ½ cup (76 g) strawberries
  • ¼ cup (37 g) blueberries
  • ¼ (30 g) medium banana
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
