Ingredients

Loprofin Mix (extra for dusting and shaping the bread)

250g


Cold hard white fat cut into cubes

25g 


Salt

1 tsp 


Sugar

1 tsp 


Sno-Pro

200mls 


Psyllium husk

10g 


Packet of yeast

7g 

Method

  1. Follow the Loprofin basic bread recipe to make your dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 50g pieces.
  3. Flatten into 4-inch circles and cut out the center.
  4. Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
  5. Simmer each bagel in water with bicarbonate of soda for 2 minutes per side.
  6. Remove, place on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle with seeds.
  7. Bake at 170°C for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
