- Follow the Loprofin basic bread recipe to make your dough.
- Divide the dough into 50g pieces.
- Flatten into 4-inch circles and cut out the center.
- Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
- Simmer each bagel in water with bicarbonate of soda for 2 minutes per side.
- Remove, place on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake at 170°C for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
