Ingredients

Low-protein coconut yogurt 

100 g

 

Low-protein cream cheese 

50 g

 

Fresh passion fruit 

40 g

 

Juice of 1 lime 

 

Honey 

2 tsp 

 

PKU GMPro Mix-ln* 

2 sachets 

Method

  1. Place the yogurt, cream cheese, passion fruit, honey, and lime juice in a bowl. 
  2. Mix everything until smooth. 
  3. Divide the mixture into 2 portions and stir in the PKU GMPro Mix-ln*.
  4. Put it in bowls and chill until serving.
 

Tips from the chef:

  • Serve with fresh fruit 
  • Use mango or raspberry puree for a substitution-free version
