Sautéed "Rice"

Here’s a quick and simple use of low protein rice. Add your favorite sautéed vegetables, hot sauce, or seasonings to add flavor and a splash of color.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • cup (150 g) low protein rice, cooked according to box directions

Directions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add cooked rice. Cook for 3-5 minutes, only stirring once so it will brown in the pan.
  • Serve immediately.
