
Marshmallow Squares
Here is a fun twist on a classic treat to help add a little creativity and variety to a low protein diet.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp (43 g) butter
- 4 cups (200 g) miniature marshmallows
- 1 box (375 g) Milupa LP-Flakes
Directions
- In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add the LP-Flakes and stir until well coated.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9” x 13” baking dish. Use wax paper to press the mixture evenly into the dish. Once cooled, cut into 24 pieces (about 2” squares).
