Anxious that your child will not eat her lunch or drink formula at school? Here are some quick ideas that you can do to prepare and hopefully ease some anxiety:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pack the lunchbox and practice eating at home; make sure your child can open all containers by themselves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School staff can always use a helping hand during lunch. Check with the front office and find out how you can sign-up to volunteer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan to have your child sit with a friend who already knows about their special diet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t know about you, but it was stressful for my parents sending me off to school in September knowing that I would be making many food choices on my own without them present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALL children should be able to make healthy food choices.
