Ingredients

  • 3 small turnips (183 g), peeled and grated
  • 4 medium carrots (244 g), peeled and grated
  • ½ cup (30 g) chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions
 

  • Place the turnips, carrots and parsley into a salad bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Season with salt and toss to combine.
